  • Keith Rosten (UC Irvine '78, U of IL Law '81, Tuck '89). Founder of Rosten Law PLLC, a practice serving legal needs of small businesses in formation, transactions, corporate governance, and government contracting. Previously, President of SolarTown, LLC, a solar energy products firm that he led from start-up through successful exit via sale to a private equity firm.
  • Derek Colla (Washington & Lee '05, Harvard Law '08). Cooley attorney representing high-growth companies and investors, in forming, financing, and advising emerging businesses in digital media, consumer products, clean tech, software, medical devices and business services.
  • Brooke Nussbaum (Tufts '03, Stanford Law '08). Cooley attorney specializing in representation of emerging growth companies, in transactions from venture capital financings, private placements, M&A and public offerings.
